Beautiful clothing that are reasonably priced for being on Oak Street. The cashier was very friendly. What a breathe of fresh air!

Sophia and the other young lady in the mask was very helpful. The clothes are well made and reasonably priced. Only demerit- some items are priced cheaper at other stores...

I love the clothing at COS. The workmanship is excellent, and I find their salespeople helpful and attentive. Shopping is always easy, as the store has a very calm vibe, very spacious with nice lighting.

I’ve always been a big fan of COS! Followed them for years. This Chicago location definitely upholds their standard. It’s in such a beautiful space, really friendly sales associates, and constantly great clothing pieces. If you want the best shopping experience, Reese, Sophie, Anna and Jyoti will do you no wrong. These girls are marvelous and really get you great pieces!!

The sales associates are very friendly. In addition the minimalist design plus the industrial look really gives me a refreshing feeling. I like to linger at the store. The the large ceiling to floor window on one end of the building brought a lot of daylight in, which is helpful for me to see the true color of the clothing (very big plus for me).

Paid street parking in front, although its not really east to get a spot (especially on weekends). The shop is three floors. They have some amazing selection and the quality of clothes is top notch. Both me and my girl friend ended up getting some new clothes. The staff was also friendly and pleasant. The staff in charge of the fitting rooms on the third/ mens floor especially was super helpful.
